Markel Uriah-Allen Jones is a Workforce Development Professional and the Founder of Standard Workforce Solutions LLC, an organization dedicated to elevating workforce performance through structured, real-world training.

Beginning his career at just 14, Markel built a foundation rooted in discipline, consistency, and accountability. Although he earned his high school diploma five years after his original graduating class, he advanced into leadership roles early—earning over $70,000 by the age of 19 through performance, persistence, and a commitment to high standards.

Today, Markel holds multiple certifications through the Michigan Assisted Living Association (MALA) and is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Leadership. Through The Workplace Standard™ Certification, he equips individuals and organizations with the tools needed to not only gain employment—but to sustain it, grow within it, and operate with excellence.

Standard Workforce Solutions was created to close the gap between getting a job and keeping it—by teaching the professional habits, expectations, and standards that truly drive long-term success.
