The Workplace Standard™ Experience
A structured 3-day program designed to prepare you to get the job—and keep it.
Day 1: Orientation & Foundation Setting~
Participants are introduced to the program, expectations, and core principles of workplace success. This session focuses on mindset, professionalism, presentation, and understanding the standard required to perform in any work environment.
Day 2: Professional Development Intensive & Competency Assessment ~
This immersive training session dives into communication, accountability, workplace behavior, and employer expectations. Participants then complete a competency assessment to demonstrate understanding and readiness.
Day 3: Mock Interview & Final Resume Review~
Participants engage in a structured mock interview to build confidence and refine their responses, followed by a final resume review to ensure they are presenting themselves professionally and competitively in the job market.
Upon successful completion, participants receive a Certificate of Completion along with an official letter of recommendation from the Founder of Standard Workforce Solutions, validating their readiness to enter and succeed in the workforce.
